How Safe is Your PC
Most of the time we think are computer is safe and secure, especially if everything seems to be working OK.
Well, unfortunately, your PC might already be infected. Harmful Malware, Trojans and keyloggers could be operating on your computer without you even knowing. Quite often these programs are setup to steal your private data and send this to a remote location. So while everything might seem great on your PC, you never really know what could be lurking in the background.
It is also possible for these malicious programs to get through firewalls and security programs. The only way to really know if you are safe is to run a regular scan of your PC. We recommend that you use more than one layer of defense, so this should include a firewall, anti-spyware software and anti-virus software. There are a lot of options on the market, some free, some paid. Either way, just use something. There are many free scans that will at least tell you if your PC is clean or infected.
